After all that has accrued and gone wrong with wedding planning. It's time... the count down. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday...and TAH DAHH!!! It'll be Saturday Aug. 21 2010 before we know it! Both Tim and I are ready for it just to be over! Haha more or less we are prepared for the day to be here, and enjoy every moment; Then for it to be over. Hopefully all who come will enjoy this day with us and have fun! We want it to be just a big shin dig...outrageously fun, outgoing, memberable, and simply a laugh out loud moment. :D

It's a beautiful disaster, there will be color, ice cream, games, love in the air, pictures, more color, tea cups, shaved ice, music, a touch of magic, and much much more! It's a little bit of what we love in life! We want it a stress free environment. Tim jokes around saying "if someone makes it stressful they will be asked to leave" aka "off with their head" - Queen of hearts (Alice Wonderland). It's true this wedding has a theme of Alice in Wonderland... go figure its a beautiful disaster. It's not very defined that it will be an Alice in Wonderland theme, however there will be little things that drop the hint. Why Alice in Wonderland...don't know; Personally it just sounded fun, kinda crazy and a little outta place.

Our wedding is taking place at my parents house in Heber City. Our ceremony will take place in the yard, as well as the reception. I always imagine myself getting married in a temple, this will not be happening due to decision Tim and I have made together (might I add the best decision I've ever made for myself :D). So I figured if we are not getting married in the temple then where? I thought of all these beautiful venues...but bottom line, my parents house is were all my other memories are... I don't have one bad memory of the home where I grew up, that's why home will be perfect for us!

There will be a white tent with tables that have white linens and a colorful table topper and a beautiful floral arrangement placed on top with white chairs around the tables. Tim's mother Lori Burns is doing the decorating with her good friend Beth. Lori has been working very hard on hand crafted decoration to have at the wedding to give that pop of color though out the yard. The floral arrangements will be created by Five Penny (Joshua M. Knight), he'll do such an amazing job (I'm super excited to see what he'll be bring!!!)! Our cake is funky and is made by Let them Eat Cake-Cheryl Clement, this will be a one of a kind cake. I don't want to give away a surprise about the cake, I'll post pictures when I get them. Pictures will be photographed by Malorie Ferguson....yes, she is my sister! Refreshments will be tasty, a ice cream machine with a variety of toppings. There will also be a tropical sno shack there! As well as brownies and cookies ( I'm not 100% about the cookies yet though). However, our wicked cool cake will be served as well later in the evening!

All around I know that I'm excited for how it'll all turn out! There are soooo many thanks to be given! Thank you mom for helping as much as you could with all the crazy activies you had over the summer! Even though I did not mention what my mother and father's help in the paragraph above, they have helped the most. They have been working their guts out making the yard look outstanding for my big day! My dad has sanded and stain the exterior of there log home, refinished the back porch, and re-roofed the house as well (he work so incredibly hard). My mom has done so much gardening and lots and lots and lots of watering to keep the yard green. My parents are also providing all the plates, cups, and refreshments. They also have paid for my amazing dress, and my mom even added a few costum touches to it! Not to mention, they helped pay for all the nieces and nephews outfits!

This will turn out perfect in every way! This will be the begining of Tim & Kylie Burns <3
